veloranthexis.com is an independent provider operating as PE, registration code 25040715. References to exam names, including IELTS or TOEFL, are descriptive only and do not mean endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation with any exam owner, testing body, or trademark holder.

The website content is provided for general information about services, scheduling, pricing, and contact options. Nothing on this page guarantees admission, certification, score improvement, or any specific exam result. Users must not rely on advertising or website statements as a promise of outcome. Marketing statements are intended to comply with Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996.

Before any paid order or enrollment is concluded online, core pre-contract information, including provider identity, service characteristics, price, and distance-contract terms, should be reviewed under Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
